The initial set up of your copier/printer is included with your contract.  However, if you get a new computer, router, or service provider, the IP address will change and cause your printer to be offline. The following instructions may help you reconnect your network without incurring charges. If we need to set it up, there will be a charge of $95 per hour.  

If any of the following situations exist:

  1. You have replaced your router
  2. You want to use a different wireless network
  3. Router setting have been changed

then please click on the PDF file and follow the steps to apply the new configuration settings to each computer that is networked to the printer.
